An expert panel discussion followed the presentation of a newly-launched World Bank report, Turn Down the Heat III. One of the report’s main authors was present and was joined by the Tunisian Minister of Infrastructure, Spatial Planning and Sustainable Development, as well as representatives from the European Union, the Union for the Mediterranean, Plan Bleu, Caisse des Dépôts (France) and the African Youth Panel.
