A high-level dialogue was organized around the CMI series of discussions on economic transitions in the Mediterranean. Following an introduction given by CMI Manager Mourad Ezzine, contributing experts Jean-Claude Cousseran and Hafez Ghanem presented the discussion series’ report, which was discussed by representatives of Académie Diplomatique Internationale (France), a young representative of the Arab NGO Network for Development (Turkey), Ministry of Finance (Morocco) and the World Bank.
