Millions of fled a war-torn Syria since the beginning of the crisis in 2011. Neighbouring countries, mainly, Lebanon and Jordan are hosting the largest number so far. How can the international community be of help beyond emergency aid? What could be the mid-term solution for this unprecedented situation?
