Highlights

The Global Partnership for Social Accountability (GPSA) held its first grantees workshop to bring together the first GPSA grant recipients and other leaders in the field of Social Accountability. This three-day event primarily focused on understanding how to leverage the political economy elements for effective implementation of social accountability projects in GPSA opted-in countries, lessons learned and good practices in working with government, and other major trends in the CSO field (ICT, SA tools, engaging with media, etc.). In addition, grantees had an opportunity to learn from previous Civil Society Fund recipients, as well WB procedural requirements (FM, procurement, etc.) in working with the World Bank.
