    The Agency for Sustainable Mediterranean Cities and Territories (AVITEM) was created in 2012 after a Mediterranean Union meeting about urban sustainable development.     Conference of Peripheral and Maritime Regions of Europe (CRPM)

    The Conference of Peripheral and Maritime Regions of Europe is a mine of cooperation project and a vast network that facilitates the development of cooperation projects between its members. It helps to bring them into being and run them as well as directly invests in some of them. The CPMR is also a focal point for the expression of regional interests, it works as a political forum that helps to articulate the common interests of peripheral and maritime regions at European level. Being the first body to have brought European regions together for discussion and debate.     École de la Deuxième Chance in Marseille

    The French National Agency for Water and Aquatic Environment (Office national de l’eau et des milieux aquatiques – ONEMA) was established in April 2007. ONEMA is a national, public agency whose mission is to restore the good ecological status of water and aquatic environments, the goal set by the European Water framework directive (WFD). The agency, comprising recognized capabilities for scientific and technical advice in the fields of water and aquatic environments, as well as excellent knowledge on aquatic environments and water stakeholders, participates in implementing public water policy.

Their conversations help policymakers in the developing world consider appropriate and relevant policy actions to effectively promote economic growth. This dialogue is enriched with the inclusion of experienced policy officials, academics, and experts. Policy themes are selected for their relevance, with a premium afforded to new and controversial areas in which research and policy perspectives can usefully inform one another. Growth Dialogue also seek to inform, to push the frontiers of policy experience, and to be of practical use to countries pursuing economic growth objectives. Regional events facilitate dialogue, and on occasion, global events may also further the conversations. Links with other independent think-tanks and universities, play an important role in finding synergies and common interests in the field of economic growth and economic development.

    International Legal Aid Group

    The International Legal Aid Group (ILAG) is a network of legal aid specialists including chief executives and managers from legal aid commissions, high ranking civil servants and leading academics in over two dozen countries. Its mission is to improve evidence-based policy-making in the field of poverty legal services through discussion and dialogue relating to international developments in policy and research.

    Italian Youth Forum

    Italy’s National Youth Forum was recognized in Law 311 issued by the n.311 from the Italian Parliament on December 30, 2004. It is the only National platform for Italian youth organizations, and gathers more than 75 organizations representing about 4 million young people.

    Justice Center for Legal Aid (JCLA) (Jordan)

    The Justice Center for Legal Aid (JCLA) is a nongovernmental and nonprofit organization established in 2008 to provide legal counseling and legal representation services to the poor and the underprivileged in Jordan. The JCLA establishment came to reinforce the principles of legal empowerment of the poor and equal access to justice in line with national laws and international human rights agreements that support the principles of justice and equality.

    League of Arab States

    The Arab League is an organization that consists of independent Arab States on the territory of northern and north-eastern part of Africa and southwest Asia. Representatives of the first six member states – Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and Saudi Arabia – that initiated the league’s formation signed the agreement in Cairo, on March 22, 1945.

    Lebanese Organization for Studies and Training (LOST)

Being a network of Mediterranean towns and cities belonging to different countries, its purpose is urban sustainable development as a way to improve living conditions in the Mediterranean region.

    The Institut Méditerranéen de l’Eau (IME) is based in Marseille since its inception, the IME plays a useful and important role in the development of inter -Mediterranean cooperation, particularly between water professionals and sanitation. The IME is an international non -governmental organization in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations since 1993.

    National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) (Morocco)

Its mission is to contribute to the organization and implementation of skilled employment promotion programs decided by public authorities. 

    National Water Distribution Utility (SONEDE) (Tunisia)

    Tunisia’s Société Nationale d'Exploitation et de Distribution des Eaux (National Water Distribution Utility - SONEDE) was created by the law N°68-22 of July, 2nd 1968. It is under the supervision of the Ministry of agriculture, hydraulic resources and fisheries. It is a non-administrative public enterprise. SONEDE's mission is to supply all the country with potable water.

    Office of Economic Cooperation for Mediterranean and Middle East (OCEMO)

    The Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) was founded in 1992 and currently has a staff of about 300 people. At PIK, researchers in the natural and social sciences from all over the world work closely together to study global change and its impacts on ecological, economic and social systems. Interdisciplinary and solution-oriented approaches are a distinctive characteristic of the institute.

    Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RCREEE)

    The Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RCREEE) is an independent not-for-profit regional organization which aims to enable and increase the adoption of renewable energy and energy efficiency practices in the Arab region. RCREEE teams with regional governments and global organizations to initiate and lead clean energy policy dialogues, strategies, technologies and capacity development in order to increase Arab states’ share of tomorrow’s energy.

    The Spanish Youth Council (Consejo de la Juventud de España, CJE) is a platform of youth organisations formally set up by law in1983. Its members are the regional youth councils operating in Spain as well as other national youth organisations.
